Based on a complex and coherent universe, Kronika is an original Living and strategic card game (LCG). My contribution to the team ranges from designing and writing the game’s universe and lore, to balancing the rules and cards.

Concept & purpose :
Kronika’s cards are based on a recruitment cost system. Each card belongs to a type: recruit, creature (the first two having a power value), event or object.
However, a much more strategic dimension is added, as you deploy your army on a battlefield, represented by a grid. The aim is to move your Chosen to collect the Iari Stones that randomly fall on the board. Mobilize your troops to defend your Chosen and clear the enemy ranks.
La Fabrique du temps perdu

The team at Eat The Cake Studio asked me to create the puzzles and assets for their narrative experience “The Factory of Lost Time”. This adventure is a kind of Escape Game whose main objective is to discover and understand the story of Amelia Clockwell.
This fun project has been running in the Lescar shopping mall in Pau since 19/10/2024.
Concept :
Advance and solve riddles in the heart of an immersive steampunk universe to understand the message left by Amelia Clockwell.
You’re in possession of a special hourglass that not only counts down your playing time, but also enables you to trigger certain mechanisms within this playful experience.
Nocturnae
Transmedia adaptation of the novel “La Cinquième Saison"
Originally, this board game was my project for the end of my second year of Bachelor Game Design. Nocturnae has now been developed, balanced and tested for 1 year.
My aim is to create an original game, based on a cooperative and legacy Hand-Building experience. This is achieved through a limited but intuitive communication system directly linked to the gameplay.
Nocturnae takes place in a rich and immersive universe, drawn from my novel “La Cinquième Saison”. (see the Novel section)
Concept & purpose :
Throughout the different scenarios, players will need to keep the right cards in their hands, so that together they can create combinations that will earn them maximum points. Unable to communicate directly, players will have to use the power of the cards to give clues to their teammates, indicating which cards may be of interest to them.
Each new scenario will advance the immersive story, adding new cards, original challenges and new possibilities for players.

Transmedia adaptation of the “Sea of thieves” video game
This project took 5 weeks to complete, during my second year of the Bachelor Game Design program.
The aim of the exercise was to adapt a video game into a board game. I chose the PC game “Sea of Thieves” for this project and the creation of this prototype.
Concept & purpose :
Flibustiers ! is a cooperative game based on player coordination, with the aim of completing contracts and gaining fame as a pirate crew.
They’ll need to manage their ship to prevent it from taking too much damage, their equipment to improve their skills, their gold to buy new contracts, and their movements to get to their objective while avoiding the storm and the kraken.
